Partnerships & Program Supporters

Patient Advocate Foundation excels at offering assistance to patients with specific issues they are facing with their insurer, employer and/or creditor regarding insurance, job retention and/or debt crisis matters relative to their diagnosis of life threatening or debilitating diseases.

It is because of this expertise that we are fortunate to have many nonprofit and organizational partners who work with our team to bring our services to a growing patient community.

PAF is proud to partner with the following:

American Cancer Society
PAF partners with the American Cancer Society to provide case management services to patients nationwide that have been diagnosed with cancer or are screening for symptoms of cancer.
ACS
Breakaway from Cancer
Founded in 2005 by Amgen, Breakaway from Cancer is a national initiative to increase awareness of important resources available to people affected by cancer -- from prevention through survivorship. Breakaway from Cancer represents a partnership between Amgen and four nonprofit organizations dedicated to empowering patients with education, resources and hope, wherever they may be in the cancer care continuum. Additional nonprofit partners include the Prevent Cancer Foundation, Cancer Support Community, and the National coalition for Cancer Survivorship. More details can be found here.

LIVESTRONG
