A nationwide league of humanitarian flying organization dedicated to community service. Promotes, supports, and represents public benefit flying through communication and cooperation among organizations facilitating flights for health, compassion, and community services. These groups do not fly patient or supplies when insurance or other funds can provide commercial transport via air ambulance charter or airline.

Financial aid provided by Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation is made possible by a generous grant from TD Bank. Currently, these funds are available to pediatric cancer patients that receive treatment at one of the medical institutions listed on the website.

This is a program offered to children under the age of 18 in need of one time ground transportation assistance. They have a network of volunteers around the country that offer their services free of charge to those in need. They do not offer continuing service however can provide a child with transportation for trips longer then 250 miles to ao one-time medical appoitment, surgery,etc.

Provides assistance with travel cost associated with surgery for children: adults included. Nationally and internationally, CCA addresses the medical, financial, psychosocial, emotional, and educational concerns relating to craniofacial conditions. CCA's mission is to empower and give hope to facially disfigured children and their families.

Provides free air transportation to distant treatment centers via corporate jet. Thanks to the generosity of 530 of America's finest corporations, Corporate Angel Network has arranged more than 25,000 flights since our founding in 1981.
