Nancy Davenport-Ennis' crusade started with one breast cancer patient: a friend named Cheryl Grimmel.

Today, the Patient Advocate Foundation - formed as a result of that crusade - is helping more than 44,000 people with chronic, debilitating disorders get access to the health care that they need annually.
