Patient Advocate Foundation Receives Third Consecutive 4-Star Rating from Nation’s Largest Independent Charity Evaluator


PAF is among only 9% of all charities to be top-rated three years in a row

Hampton, VA – Patient Advocate Foundation (PAF) – a national non-profit organization that seeks to safeguard patients through effective mediation assuring access to care, maintenance of employment and preservation of their financial stability relative to their diagnosis of life threatening or debilitating diseases – this week received Charity Navigator’s third consecutive 4-star rating for sound fiscal management and commitment to accountability and transparency.

Charity Navigator, America's largest independent charity evaluator, works to advance a more efficient and responsive philanthropic marketplace by evaluating the financial health, accountability and transparency of over 5,500 of America’s largest charities. Receiving a perfect 4-star rating indicates that PAF “consistently executes its mission in a fiscally responsible way, adheres to good governance and industry best practices, and places it among the best of America’s efficient, ethical and open charities.”
