At Patient Advocate Foundation, we understand staff from charitable non-profit organization’s are a critical link for patients, partnering with those they are serving to guide and navigate them to resources that may be helpful in addressing access and affordability issues. We also know that many online portals are designed to support patients and families, providers and pharmacy staff, often making it impossible for non-profit patient partners to fully support a patient when making application for assistance or knowing what the outcomes are.
As a member of the charitable non-profit community, our team understands this barrier and has developed the Non-Profit Patient Partner Portal in response to ensure easy online access to our programs. PAF provides non-profit community partners, access to our dedicated, secure non-profit patient partners portal, enabling access to all of PAF’s patient program services and educational information. The portal allows non-profit patient partners to apply for financial assistance from our Co-Pay Relief and Financial Aid Fund Programs, request help from a case manager and access PAF’s Education Resource Library and National Financial Resource Directory, all in one, secure place designed just for non-profit patient partners!
