Champion Your Own Fundraising Event
Add meaning to your birthday, an event, anniversary (cancer free, wedding, etc.) or an adventure and make a bigger difference in a family's life.
Create your own fundraising event and help us give hope to patients with life-threatening diseases who, because of the complexity and cost of their treatments, need help traveling to care, paying for food and housing, keeping the lights on, identifying coverage options or overcoming insurance denials to get to the care they need.
Support PAF in Your Own Way
Add meaning to your birthday, an event, an anniversary (wedding, cancer-free milestone, etc.) or an adventure and make a bigger difference in a family's life. Creating your own fundraising page means the impact directly supports PAF. It only takes a few moments to get started.

Whether this is your first time planning an event or you're a skilled professional, there are some key steps to follow in putting together any fundraiser.
For your convenience, we've listed a few of them in the checklist below:
Establish goals Have a realistic and quantifiable financial goal for your fundraising. Be sure to choose the appropriate event style for your audience Your event should fit the size, interest, talents, goals and time availability of your group or community. It's a good idea to gauge interest among others before committing to an idea.
Form a planning committee The enthusiasm and dedication of the people who help you plan and organize your event will impact overall event success. Your committee should include plenty of members (with a variety of skill sets) to share the work.
Identify your audience & research venue possibilities Who is most likely to attend and support the type of event you've selected? How will you reach out to them? What will they expect from the event? Based upon audience research appropriate venues and services provided by venue. Is there ample parking.
Develop a budget Identify possible sources of income, as well as all expenses. Keeping event costs to a minimum will safeguard a larger contribution to PAF and result in pleased attendees. Please keep in mind that PAF does not reimburse for event expenses.
Promote and publicize Have a plan for sharing your event on social media and how best to market the event; it's key for reaching your target audience and hitting your fundraising goals.
