At Patient Advocate Foundation, we understand staff from charitable non-profit organizations are a critical link for patients. These organizations partner with those they serve to guide and navigate them to resources that address access and affordability issues. We also know that many online portals are designed to support patients and families, providers, and pharmacy staff, often making it impossible for non-profit patient partners to fully support a patient when completing applications for assistance or discovering the outcomes of those applications.
As a member of the charitable non-profit community, our team understands this barrier and developed the Non-Profit Patient Partner Portal to ensure easy online access to our programs. PAF provides non-profit community partners access to our dedicated, secure non-profit patient partners portal, enabling access to all of PAF’s patient program services and educational information. Through the portal, non-profit partners can seamlessly apply for financial assistance from our Co-Pay Relief and Financial Aid Fund Programs, request personalized case management, and explore our extensive Education Resource Library and National Financial Resource Directory—all within a single, secure, and user-friendly environment.
